WHAT DO WE DO?
Committed to serving underprivileged populations in the Seattle area and beyond, Seattle Tzu Chi Collegiate Association (or Seattle Tzu Ching for short) actively seeks to fulfill our four missions of charity, medicine, education, and humanistic culture. Though we come from every corner of the world, we treat everyone like family in our tightknit community. Our events range from supply distributions at homeless shelters to tutoring children in South Seattle. Whether you have a passion for volunteering or just want to join us for a bubble tea party, there is a place for you at Seattle Tzu Ching!
MONTHLY EVENTS
This outreach event gives us the opportunity to give back to the community through hot food, sanitary supplies, and compassionate attitudes. It fulfills one of our four missions - charity.
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES
After a great pilot year at the Ronald McDonald Charity House, we are excited to continue working with them to provide chronically ill children with homemade vegetarian meals!
A time to de-stress and bond with fellow volunteers while learning more about the principles behind Tzu Ching, general meetings always have a high turnout. They range from bubble tea-making competitions to karaoke nights!
